O'Riley's latest strike took his impressive Scottish Premiership goal tally to six goals in nine league outings so far and former Rangers striker Kris Boyd hailed him 'top class'. Ex-Celtic star Stiliyan Petrov - also in the Sky Sports studio - also stated the real improvement in his game that stands him apart from the other midfielders.
Petrov added: "He's become very valuable for Celtic. His overall game is maturing. He sees the game differently, he plays the ball quicker. This is what makes you stand out from other midfielders. The goal today was a perfect example of what he does best."
