A man shot in West Oakland Wednesday morning was in stable condition.
After being shot, the man was able to make it on his own into a nearby residential complex where police and medical personnel were called.
Police are trying to determine exactly where the shooting happened and a possible motive. No arrests have been made. Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $5,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
