Finding a hidden room in your new home can be equally exciting and terrifying, wondering what lies behind the door.
After discovering a mysterious door in his basement, the new property owner explained how he recently moved and when exploring the new pad, he came across a 'hidden basement room'.However, access to the room is blocked by a metal cabinet separating him from the door. Taking to Reddit, he said: "The previous owners of my new house blocked this hidden basement room off with a shelf - the door does not lead outside.
Commenting on his discovery, one user said: "This is absolute torture. How do you sleep at night knowing there's a door in your house that leads to the unknown? Round up a posse, live stream and open that s***!"A third user said: "Have you tried contacting the previous owners to ask then why they blocked the door? They surely must know something!"
