A man has been rushed to hospital as police lock down a major area of Glasgow's Southside including Pollokshaws Road and Queen's Park.
The 29-year-old was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital following a"disturbance" at Queen's Park.
We previously reported that Pollokshaws Road was closed off between Titwood Road and Queen's Square around 6pm on Monday evening.did not confirm the nature of the"disturbance".An investigation has been launched into the incident, with officers pleading for anyone with information or dashcam footage of the disorder to come forward.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 6pm on Monday, April 3, 2023, officers received a report of a disturbance at Queen’s Park, Glasgow.“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 2734 of March 3, 2023."
