The man, a Lebanon resident, was found lying on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds around 9:51 p.m. on the 300 block of North 8th Street in the city, Police Chief Todd Breiner said. No one else was injured during the shooting, Breiner said. Police believe the man was targeted and there is not a threat to the public.
