Ezekiel Hicks, 25, was arrested on murder charges Sunday, April 7, in the death of 41-year-old Craig Brewer. Lt. Brett Rhodenizer, public information officer for the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office, said officers had received a call about the restaurant reaching its maximum capacity and were en route when the shooting occurred.
