Ronald Henry, 33, was booked into the Dallas County jail Tuesday in the deaths of Sir Milton Evans, 30, and Bobby Lockhart, 35. He faces charges of capital murder and evading arrest, as well as probation violations.Police are also seeking Houston Littles IV, 39, in connection with the shooting, and said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Officers were called about 9:30 p.m. Saturday to the 8400 block of Park Lane, near Fair Oaks Avenue, where they found Evans and Lockhart with gunshot wounds in the parking lot outside a strip mall.
