A man in his 60s was struck by a U-Haul that police believe was stolen. The driver took off.
A search is underway after a man was struck by a U-Haul truck that fled the scene in Queens.
It happened after police tried to stop the truck just before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at 21st Street and Borden Avenue in Long Island City. The driver did not pull over for police and struck a man in his 60s. The driver fled the scene. Police believe the U-Haul was stolen.No arrests have been made.
