A MAN hunt has been launched after a woman was held at knifepoint and robbed in East Kilbride.
It is understood the 45-year-old woman was walking when she was approached by a man who then robbed her of her mobile phone and jacket, while at knifepoint.He is described as being around 5ft 9inch in height, stocky build, around 45 years old, and was wearing all dark clothing with a dark face covering.
“Our enquiries into the incident are ongoing and there will be increased patrols in the area over the coming days.
