A New Jersey man with a criminal history who punched a police officer trying to arrest him during a domestic incident in Atlantic City has been sentenced to four years in state prison.Atlantic County Prosecutor’s OfficeAfifi was arrested by Atlantic City police in June 2022 on Missouri Avenue. Authorities say he “physically resisted” and struck the cop who tried to take him into custody. The police officer suffered minor injuries.
