Once officers arrived at the scene, they learned it was possible that the man and dog had been there for a few days.
said that investigators are working to get video footage from businesses in the area to find out when the man arrived at the parking lot.The man’s identity will not be released until the next of kin is notified.said there doesn’t appear to be any foul play and no threat to the community. No further information has been released.
