A San Antonio man accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend was arrested Sunday, court records show.
Jeffrey Klaus was arrested on a charge of murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Daniel Gonzalez.Police were called on March 28 for a shooting in progress at the Reserves at Pecan Valley apartments, 4032 E. Southcross Blvd.
, where they found Gonzalez with multiple gunshot wounds.A witness, who police said was dating Klaus, told investigators that Klaus became upset that Gonzalez was at the apartment, according to an affidavit supporting the arrest. Gonzalez was the witness’s ex-boyfriend.
