A Wyoming man accused of firing shots out the window as he drove along State Street in Sandy was arrested after stopping at an IHOP restaurant, according to police.
SANDY — A Wyoming man is facing criminal charges after police say he fired several shots in the air while driving along State Street before stopping at a pancake restaurant.
On April 22, Sandy police were called to investigate a report of an SUV driving on State Street "and five to six gunshots coming from the car," a police booking affidavit states. One witness told police he heard five shots followed by a pause and two more shots.
