A man who was accused of leading police on a chase through parts of Houston while holding a teenager in the car against his will Sunday was also a suspect in a murder investigation in North Texas, according to court documents.
A 17-year-old was in the car and suffered minor injuries in the crash. Police said that person had been kidnapped at gunpoint. Gilbert is accused of driving the witness' car to Houston and of threatening him with a firearm, according to court documents.
