The man acted as a father figure to them in the girls in their Atlantic City home, investigators said.
An Atlantic City man admitted Thursday that he sexually assaulted two sisters he cared for on three separate occasions, resulting in them becoming pregnant and giving birth three times, authorities said.
An investigation identified Isaiah W. Banks-Carey, 28, as a suspect, the office said. Banks-Carey was identified in the statement as a “father figure” to girls but their exact relationship was not described. On September 4, 2019, Banks-Carey was arrested and charged with six counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, one count of second-degree sexual assault, and ten counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, investigators said.
