The rape allegation then claims he followed the woman in his motor on Duke Street in Glasgow's Dennistoun putting her in a"state of fear and alarm". Nawshowani is accused of going on to rape the woman, which allegedly included her lower clothes being pulled down and her being pushed onto a worktop.
