Some areas were expecting to see an inch of rainfall per hour, with a total accumulation potentially topping four inches.for east central Los Angeles County as heavy rain in the area was expected to create life-threatening debris flows. Specifically, the agency warned residents in Duarte area that the flooding is expected to impact roads and homes below the Fish Fire burn area.have been issued for mountain areas, especially parts of Orange County left scarred by the Bond and Silverado fires.
