Today, drawings of lilies of the valley and shamrocks decorate the new tableware line, featuring wickerwork designs like baskets, placemats, frames and boxes, porcelain plates, hand-painted glasses, as well as blown-glass decorative baubles and decanters.
As for the Lucky Milly gardening collection, a first for Dior Maison, the springtime idea continues in encapsulating Monsieur Dior’s idyllic memories. The series, embellished with the lucky four-leaf clovers, includes an apron, gloves, pots, tools and a watering can. Along with a handwritten ‘Christian Dior’ signature, the accessories come in lush botanical shades of white, green and ochre.
