EMMANUEL MACRON has claimed he will visit the Ukrainian capital if it is 'useful', just hours after he emerged as the frontrunner in the first round of the 2022 French Presidential Election.
Mr Macron extended his lead in the first round when compared to his emphatic triumph in 2017.
