Love Island viewers were left less than impressed after a series of technical issues interrupted the Winter series premiere

The confirmed stars include Olivia Hawkins, Shaq Muhammad, Tanyel Revan, Will Young, Anna-May Robey, Ron Hall, Lana Jenkins, Kai Fagan, Haris Namani, Tanya Manhenga - and the first bombshell Tom Clare, who was voted in by the general public. It happened as science and PE teacher Kai introduced himself to the viewers at home. One wrote: "WTF HAPPENED TO THE SCREEN #loveisland," as a second added: "OMG DID ITV2 JUST DIE #LoveIsland."
However, this wasn't the only technical difficulty the broadcaster experienced as the show crashed again as the contestants were chatting later in the show. Fans took to Twitter to vent their frustrations. One said: "Rah @itv wtf is this about #LoveIsland."
