Kendall originally found fame on Love Island when she entered the villa during season four, but was unlucky in love and became the first islander to be dumped on just day six. However, Kendall didn't have an easy ride during her pregnancy and the star revealed that she was 'high risk' for having her baby early due to medical reasons.
