Liverpool have today confirmed there has been a further delay to the opening of the Anfield Road stand
Liverpool supporters have been left frustrated by the latest delay to construction work on the Anfield Road Stand.
Rayner Rowen Construction were appointed to take over operations following this development, with it hoped the stand could still be finished in time for the Merseyside derby on October 21.READ MORE: Anfield stadium new and timeline of redevelopment The Reds will now host three of their most high-profile home games – the visit of neighbours Everton on Saturday week, and the December games against Manchester United and Arsenal – with a reduced capacity of around 51,000.
