Liverpool preparing opening offer for Romeo Lavia ahead of two other clubs
Chelsea's co-director of recruitment Joe Shields has recommended Lavia to new manager Mauricio Pochettino.Manchester City have a buy-back option for their former academy starlet Lavia, but that does not kick in until next summer.
The current champions also inserted a clause entitling them to 20 per cent of any future sale meaning they would net £10m should any potential suitor meet Saints’ asking price.
