Mr Lloyd is now talking about the Social Housing Regulator, who gave Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Group the highest grade they could give when they did an inspection six months after Awaab's death.
"My goodness I'm glad they are not in control of anything that affects me because the regulator I think needs to up it's own game," he says. He is calling for power and duty to be given to regulatory bodies to do the role they need to if social and private landlords fail.
