Following strikes in December and January by the profession, ambulance workers from the GMB and Unite Unions affecting North West Ambulance Service will be taking industrial action on Monday, with further strikes planned by staff from Unison union on Friday, February 10. A number of additional days of industrial action are planned for the rest of February and in March.
