A winter storm on Friday has resulted in the closing of government offices, libraries, museums and other attractions in Northeast Ohio.
CLEVELAND, Ohio — Anticipation of extremely cold temperatures, high winds and snow from a winter storm has led to the closing of several county offices, libraries and local attractions for Friday, Dec. 23, 2022.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Northeast Ohio beginning at 1 a.m. Friday until 10 a.m. Saturday. The storm is expected to bring very cold temperatures, winds up to 60 mph and 3 to 5 inches of snow. Wind chills could reach 25 degrees below zero. Among the closings are all Cuyahoga County buildings, Cleveland Public Libraries, the Cleveland Museum of Art and “A Christmas Story” House.Below is a list of closings and delays, with additional information provided by
