📞 Emergency Cases Only! 🏥 Bad weather driving up demand at A&Es. Follow advice from ULHT and call 111 for non-urgent medical help
Patients are being asked to avoid Lincolnshire’s A&Es except for serious medical problems.
United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust says its emergency departments are seeing high levels of demand, which is partly being driven by the bad weather.Advice published by ULHT online says: “We are extremely busy today and urge you not to attend A&E or call 999 unless it is an emergency.http://111.nhs.ukRebecca Neno, Deputy Director for System Delivery, NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, said the trust was being open about the pressures it was facing.
"We are appealing to the public to help us navigate our way through the next few days,” she told Radio Lincolnshire.The summer months are typically less busy for A&E departments, with them facing greater pressure over the winter.React
