A Lincoln mum is campaigning to improve bike helmet safety after her son had an accident on “one of the scariest days of my life”.

Jonathan’s mum said he is still dazed and has a headache, but is “a hundred times better than he was” and she hopes he will be well enough to return to school in the near future.Mandy is now keen to take action and wants helmets to be made law for children cycling.
