Lewis Hamilton has confirmed he has spoken to Toto Wolff 'several times' about his future recently. F1 MercedesAMG Formula1
Lewis Hamilton was asked once again about his Mercedes future, with a deal not yet signed beyond the end of the season.
Wolff recently revealed when speaking to American media that he and Hamilton “dread the moment we have to talk about money” in new contract negotiations, but added that: “It is going to happen soon.” When asked directly if any “progress” has been made on a new deal, he responded: “Yeah,” before clarifying: “Nothing else new to really add to it.”Hamilton heads into this weekend off the back of his joint-best result of the season in Spain a fortnight ago, with his second place finish ahead of Mercedes team-mate George Russell making it the team’s first double podium of the year.
