Lewis Capaldi has responded to fans who voiced concern for the popstar after his appearance at a recent concert went viral on TikTok.
Mimicking his shoulder twitch, which he has admitted to having Botox injections to help, Lewis added: "I'm doing this quite a lot and look a bit uncomfortable. I've got Tourette's so I'm just twitching quite a bit but it's not an issue in the slightest. I'm absolutely fine. Worried fans had taken to the comments section of the video which was posted by TikTok user @itslauraamy.
