The indicted Rudy Giuliani associate is in possession of more recordings made by Igor Fruman, his lawyer Joseph Bondy told CNN's Anderson Cooper.
The audio was recorded at a private meeting in April 2018, a year before the Trump administration recalled Yovanovitch from her role in Kyiv. Yovanovitch says she was the target of a smear campaign that led to her removal.
The House impeached Trump with two articles: Abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. House Democrats accuse Trump of soliciting Ukraine's interference in the 2020 election to benefit his re-election campaign.
