Reader comment on Ken Hersh’s column on moderate conservatives; say we need to get better candidates; disagree with the rejection of the drag appeal by West Texas A&M; say we should question the A&M relationship with Qatar.I, too, believe in fiscal restraint and social tolerance. I, too, favor policies leading to less government dependence, economic freedom, fair trade and global engagement.
Far from spreading disinformation, ISGAP is an independent academic center conducting high-caliber research, with all materials well-sourced and documented as expected. We aim to shed light on the dangers associated with funds from regimes with anti-democratic agendas, and our mission is anchored in transparency.
The extent to which conservatives have become anti-free speech is extremely concerning. They are literally using the government to censor speech and expression they don’t like. So much talk about “free speech on college campus” and “protecting children,” then they cancel a show on a college campus without any children involved.
