I am very familiar with the intersection at 2100 South and 1300 East. The traffic flow for a Kum & Go would be quite different than it was for the Sizzler that was there. Meaning, cars would be entering and exiting more frequently.
Considering the perfectly beautiful view to the east from that lot, wouldn’t it make more sense to have business there that customers might drive in and stay for a while? Maybe even have walking access from Sugar House Park? Do we really want another “Chick-fil-A” traffic fiasco?
