A Schaumburg letter to the editor: I just read Don Frost's letter castigating President Joe Biden for seeking legitimate gun control laws to be passed through Congress by using Obama's Executive Privilege acts as an example, wherein he enacted the Paris Climate Accords, the Iran Nuclear Pact and DACA.

I just read Don Frost's letter castigating President Joe Biden for seeking legitimate gun control laws to be passed through Congress by using Obama's Executive Privilege acts as an example, wherein he enacted the Paris Climate Accords, the Iran Nuclear Pact and DACA.

My question to Mr. Frost is, why is he condemning Mr. Obama for doing what Congress should have done in the first place? They were all issues that should have been passed by Congress, but for the recalcitrant Republicans who refuse to do anything for the country except take away regulations that keep our banks safe, our water drinkable and our air breathable, make their 1% buddies richer, and anything that the NRA dictates, but nothing for the betterment of the majority of the populace.
