Let's look at the evidence.

Season 7, speculation has been rife amongst fans that she's lying. To be honest, I do think she was pregnant in Season 7.There were a few instances where we saw Cersei consulting with Qyburn over what seemed to be her pregnancy at times when she didn't necessarily know Jaime was going to witness it.Here's the kicker: there's no way Cersei would have let Jaime leave in the Season 7 finale if she weren't pregnant.

It makes sense that Cersei genuinely believes the most important thing in her life at this moment, other than herself, is her unborn baby. Of course, Cersei was definitely using her pregnancy to manipulate Tyrion in the Season 7 finale – but that doesn't mean the whole thing was fake.is another matter. The scene in the Season 8 premiere with Euron was interesting in this respect.Cersei agrees to sleep with him, but I don't think it's out of a sense of obligation. Her terms were the end of the war, as she says in this episode. She relents after initially refusing him – which means she must have had a purpose.

She must have wanted something out of Euron. Her look after he mentions putting a prince in her belly is hard to read, but it's emotional – she even has tears in her eyes. She could have slept with Euron in order to cover the fact that Jaime impregnated her. She'll claim Euron is the father. In which case her emotion is likely over the loss of Jaime/having to sleep with Euron.

One thing is for sure: Cersei's got secrets. And they'll probably bring destruction to anyone within her reach before this thing is over.
