Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger, 36, had revealed that she’s starting a new fitness journey after a traumatic few months.
The TV star posed in her underwear for a mirror selfie to show off the early results of her new 'empowering' fitness routine.Her new fitness update comes just days after Lauren shared that she had attended a personal training session for the first time in two years. She then moved to the punching bag to let off some steam, then returned to the mat to work on her abs while her daughter kept her company.
“I have lost some baby weight already but my body is still soft so this is the start of not just my fitness journey, but also the start of a new road to recovery.”
