An evening robbery at one Houston gas station ended with three suspects shot as well as an innocent bystander.
According to authorities, officers responded to a robbery call just before 8 p.m. at the Circle K Valero, located at 8040 South Loop East. Police said a preliminary investigation revealed that a total of five suspects were involved in the robbery.
While the robbery was ongoing, police believe a customer, who was armed inside the store, fired his weapon at the suspects. DOWNLOAD THE FOX 26 HOUSTON APP BY CLICKING HERE After the suspects left the store, a fifth suspect, who was waiting in a car, fled the scene with the suspects, who then went to a nearby hospital where three of the suspects received medical treatment.
