Two suspects were arrested Thursday evening after leading LAPD officers on a brief pursuit down the 110 Freeway. They were wanted for pursuit and possession of a firearm.

The suspect threw the firearm out of the vehicle during the pursuit, which officers are said to have recovered. As soon as Sky9 Chopper arrived overhead, the suspect stopped the vehicle and exited near San Pedro on Gaffey Street.
