He is charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of illegal possession of a firearm, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Members of the LCDTF executed the search warrant at Sherrin's home on the 500 block of Greenhowe Drive.
During the search, detectives located approximately 858 grams of methamphetamine, 28 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 47 grams of marijuana, 21 bags of heroin, two black semiautomatic pistols without serial numbers , two digital gram scales, packaging material and small Ziploc-style bags.
