A new housing estate in Leyland has won the full support of the community and council
An exciting new scheme will be coming to South Ribble's Green Belt, which will see nine new large, detached homes. The sustainable development has attracted the full support of both residents and the council, with the planning application receiving no objections.
Four types of modern architecture homes will be built, which have been designed for the development specifically. Aceland Bracewell have worked proactively with South Ribble Borough Council throughout the pre-application process, ensuring the scheme is sensitive to its location. “All elements of the site have been subject to fastidious consideration, from the impact on the environment to the effect on the wider community and the landscape. There are a lot of challenges to overcome when submitting a residential application on Green Belt land, but with specialist planning expertise, and sensitive architectural design, there can be a realistic prospect of success.
