Get ready with your oooohs and ahhhs, as Bonfire Night is almost here
Get practicing your 'oohs' and 'ahhs' as Bonfire Night is almost upon us for another year. The annual tradition is observed on and around November 5, and sees colourful fireworks displays light up the night sky and bonfires burn bright across the country.
No alcohol, personal fireworks or sparklers are permitted. This event has been organised by the Clitheroe Round Table and Clitheroe Lions There will be street food and drink stalls/ Last year's event saw vendors serving cuisines from all over the world, including Thai curries, Chinese noodles, Greek gyros, German bratwurst, French crepes and Spanish churros.
Enjoy a meal from a range of stalls including in-house Square Leg Catering, Tandoor-i, Scottabocca Pizza, Wings 'n' Things, JoJos Fish & Chips, Crepe Corner and Evie's Cake stallParking is not available and visitors are advised to arrive on foot. Please be aware that some rides will close earlier than scheduled on these dates due to the firework safety exclusion zone.The village will be holding its traditional Bonfire Night event, which is always held on the Saturday closest to Gu Fawkes Night.
