A man armed with two knives tried to get into a school in Oklahoma, according to police.
Police responded to Washington Pre-K in Ponca City on September 20 after someone called about a man banging on the school doors and screaming, as first reported by theAuthorities said they found Frank Isham near the school. He was screaming at trees, as well as yelling at cars that were driving by.
According to the police report, when an officer placed Isham under arrest, the officer found a knife tucked between his pants.Police also interviewed people at the school, with one person saying Isham was swinging a tree branch around while trying to get into the school.The school had to be placed on lockdown due to the incident.
Isham was arrested on outstanding warrants and later charged with possession of contraband in a secured area and possession of a weapon on school property.
