Senior royals including the Queen Consort, the new Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the service at Westminster Hall.The Queen will now lie in state at Westminster Hall until the morning of her funeral, with members of the public expected to queue for up to 30 hours in order to have the chance to file past the coffin and pay their respects.
The royals have also been meeting members of the public who have turned out to pay their respects to the Queen, with the Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex taking time to speak to mourners gathered outside Windsor Castle on 10 September.
