The 10th annual Kids Expo and Touch-a-Truck event at the Phillips Park Family Aquatic Center featured a variety of activities along with the chance to see trucks.

“We showcase a lot of vehicles but also things in the community,” she said of the event. “What I feel is that we need to have more family-focused, non-electronic events for families to go to and enjoy and so this started with the premise of having a nice community event where families can come out and enjoy something where people walk around and look at trucks.”
“Anything for the kids at the beginning of the day,” Lucy said as she smiled while looking down at her son Eddy, 3. “He loves trucks – anything that’s trucks, cars, fire trucks, anything construction and moving that is mechanical he’s into all that stuff. That’s why we brought him.”
