In court docs filed in California Superior Court on Monday, Baumgartner’s attorney has asked the court to have Costner show docs related to his business ventures.
The mother of three is also entitled to a $1.5 million payout under the terms of their prenup, and Costner must pay $200,000 in attorney’s fees and “ has requested a multi-day evidentiary hearing on request for child support, at which time the Court will receive evidence regarding gross cash flow available for support and anticipated future income,” Baumgartner’s lawyer wrote, according to the outlet.
“The Court will need to receive evidence regarding those circumstances to make its determination. However, will be unable to present any evidence that has chosen to withhold from discovery,” the lawyer added. For his part, Costner’s lawyers objected to providing the requested information, calling the filing “burdensome, oppressive, and harassing.”
