The Prince and Princess of Wales gave a rare insight into their life behind the scenes at Adelaide Cottage during a BBC Radio 1 forum for World Mental Health Day.
Prince William and Princess Kate proved they are just like any other ordinary married couple when it comes to deciding who should make the dinner each night.
While chatting on the radio programme Going Home with Vick and Jordan on Radio 1, they were asked what they were planning on having for their dinner when they got home to Windsor. The Prince of Wales then admitted to hosts Jordan North and Vick Hope that he can't handle too much spice in his curries unlike the more adventurous Kate who loves hot food.Kate added: "Whereas I like the spice so I have to sort of cook the curry and then add the spice, extra spice at the end."
She stated: "It is important, however, to remind ourselves of the big picture as we meet here today. What are we trying to improve by focusing our efforts on mental health? The future King also shared his own personal tips and techniques he uses to ensure he can deal with any mental health struggles he may face.
