JYP Publishing's 'Rewind' audition gives lyricists, top liners, producers, and track makers a chance to join the teamJYP Publishing Composer Auditionis a music publishing company that holds auditions every year to discover the next generation of music experts.
Unlike the first quarter, which recruited new writers, the audition for the second quarter of 2023, held under the title, is conducted for established artists active in the music industry. Through this audition system, the company hopes those who have not had enough opportunities to showcase their talent will find a place to show off their steadily advancing musicality. This time, the auditions are subdivided into four categories: lyricists, top liners, producers, and track makers.
There are no restrictions on age, education, or gender for this audition, but since it is aimed at established industry professionals, you must have at least one previously released K-pop song to apply. You can participate as an individual or as a team of up to three people. Winners who pass all screening processes will be given a certain amount of money and an opportunity to sign an artist contract with JYP Publishing. Applications will be accepted from June 5-30, and details can be found on
