Charles Butler, 46, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder following the Sunday morning shooting. Around 2:30 a.m., officers responded to a shooting and found a man, possibly in his mid-30s, dead from multiple gunshot wounds at a home located off Philips Highway.Officials said they identified Butler as a potential suspect while on the scene and located and detained him for questioning.
