Laura Hamilton was one celebrity fan who praised the update
The 49-year-old has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been open about his diagnosis to encourage others to "make the most of every day". The former A Place in the Sun host is a proud family man who is happily married to his wife, Jessica Holmes, and they share three children.
Jonnie has taken to Instagram to reveal the married couple have enjoyed some quality time together as they have went out for a special birthday meal.
