Chesebrothat helped drive Trump’s efforts to assemble false slates of pro-Trump presidential electors in seven states won by Joe Biden, and said it was crucial that those “contingent” electors gather and vote on Dec. 14, 2020, on the same day that Biden’s state-certified electors cast their own ballots.
